Junho Woo is the CEO of Woo & Partners. Prior to founding W&P, he served in multiple executive roles within the E-Land conglomerate group during his 17 year tenure: CEO of E-Land Ventures, Head of M&A, Head of Investments, and CFO of E-Land Fashion.
He personally led 15 projects through to closing (3 sales and 12 acquisitions), of which 7 were cross-border deals. He has successfully closed deals valued between $2.5 Million to $550 Million, with a total deal size valuation of approximately $1.3 Billion.
Junho graduated from Korea University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Sunny Chung is a Director at Woo & Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Sunny was at E-Land Group working in various industries including fashion, retail, and F&B. She also worked in public accounting in the US as an AICPA.
She holds a M.S. degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and B.A. degrees in Social Science Education as well as Common Social Studies from Ewha Womans University.
Sunny is a proud mother of two lovely children, and dreams of reading a good book uninterrupted.
Enoch Chung is a Director at Woo and Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a CPA at KPMG, and in various investment and financial advising capacities at PNC Bank, NYLIFE Securities and Barrington Wealth Management.
He graduated with a Master’s of Accounting Science degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is fluent in Korean, having graduated from the Korean Language Institute through Yonsei University.
When he isn’t training for marathons, Enoch enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and competing in triathlons.

Sangchul Andy Park is a director at Woo & Partners. Prior to joining the company, he worked at E-Land Group, Gala International (an affiliate of Kumkang), LG Electronics, Daewoong Pharmaceutical and Suprema.
He has carried out various projects in hotel and resorts, fashion, footwear, industrial robots, pharmaceutical, bio and physical security.
He graduated from Seoul National University with a bachelor's degree in family and children studies and business administration.
Seoyeon Jen Choi is an associate at Woo & Partners. Prior to joining the company, she studied law at the University of Southern California.
She earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Sungshin Women's University.
